An 8-week holistic program for women with ADHD who are ready to build sustainable routines, regulate their emotions, and create consistency without shame or burnout.
Every other week you'll have access to a new set of lessons & homework. They'll be delivered in video format. We have an online community for questions & sharing homework. Each week we will have a 30 minute group call to work through any barriers & increase accountability!
Setting a Firm Foundation
We'll spend some time praying over this journey, praying over your home, identifying your super strong why, and starting to learn about your unique strengths.
Planting Seeds of Goodness
We will continue learning about your strengths, work on a growth mindset, and learning more about what the Bible says about who you are and your ability to overcome struggles.
Practical Systems to Stay Organized
We'll identify your individual timeblocks and tasks, talk about digital calendars and sticking to routines, and focus on finding the dopamine in the mundane.
Cycle Syncing and Sticking with It
We'll learn about how menstrual cycles impact our motivation (and literally everything) and we will focus on continuing to show up and implement the strategies. You don't need to build accountability alone, we'll do it together!
Each week we will have a group call. They're the best part of the program! Throughout the program, I will teach you my 12 favorite self-regulation strategies to increase your ability to handle all the things you juggle every day!

A: All calls are recorded and shared within 24 hours. The lessons are pre-recorded and can be watched or listened to on your own schedule, making this ADHD-friendly and life-friendly. You can also submit your own question via voice memo to have me answer your question on the call if you're unable to make it!
Calls will be held on Thursday evenings (5pm) or Saturday mornings (8am) depending on the week (all times are Central).
A: Nope. This program is faith-rooted, not faith-required. If you’re open to mindset shifts that include grace, identity, and inner healing, you’ll be right at home. I do talk about the Bible a lot and we pray during every call, so it depends on your own personal comfort level! We would love to have you though :)
A: This isn’t just about productivity. It’s about regulation, rhythms, and rootedness. We don’t throw more tasks at you—we help you build a nervous system-safe life with routines you can actually sustain.
A: The program is currently priced at $697. When you break it down, that’s less than $90 per week, which a lot of people will spend on takeout or Target runs they don’t even remember. But instead of a quick fix, you’ll walk away with rhythms, regulation tools, and consistency strategies that will serve you (and your family) for years to come!
